Why choose an expert ophthalmology witness?

EXPERT WITNESS

In addition to being board-certified and practicing clinical medicine, Dr. Bautista has provided her services in the field of expert witness services in Ophthalmology and Facial Plastic Surgery, including case review and going to trial.

“An experienced ophthalmologist further trained in facial plastic surgery has a unique understanding of what can possibly go away in medical and surgical situations. The opinion of an expert is invaluable to attorneys who might be trying to determine whether actual malpractice is present. This can save both time and expense for the attorney and client.”
